Do you need lug bolts for your wire wheels? We have a solution ! our own manufacture
Below are the wheels with 4 X 98 bolt pattern that have no taper on the surface that the lug bolt contacts. This reduces the fastner's mechanically advantage.

More importantly. There is aluminum-on-steel contact area with these wheels and fastening system.
This is unsafe; sometimes the wheels fall off. This kind of wheel needs special attention
and repeated checks to insure the bolts are torqued properly to 65 foot/pounds after each time the wheel is removed.
OR we can convert any of the wheels below with a steel insert that will allow the use of
standard FIAT style lug bolts. Add $150 for the conversion.

Torque any FIAT 12X1.25 pitch lug nut or bolt to 65 foot pounds.
A libre wheel libre with 4 of the inserts installed. Also note the loose inserts on the white card.


These inserts fit well to a 12MM lug bolt and give plenty of area to bolt to.
The wheel needs to be machined to fit the new steel inserts.
No more need to carry spare lug bolts and nuts for when you have a flat tire.

All of the wheels pictured below could use this modification.
The inserts are $6.25 apiece or $96 for a set of 16.


used 72 spoke Wire wheel for FIAT Spider, Coupe, or Lancia Scorpion. They come with spacers to adapt from 4.25" X 4 pattern. $600 per set 13X5.5" they will require studs and nuts.
